We are a large village school with over 200 pupils in the Stroud District of the Cotswolds. Our school has a main building, a hall and two temporary classrooms across the road. 

At  Chalford Hill School we offer a broad and balanced curriculum and encourage every child to work towards reaching his or her full potential.

Our SATS results are well above the normal average and the last OFSTED was great (see our 2003 report here). The school was proud of teachers and pupils alike.

We place high value not just on the statutory curriculum, but on a wide range of educational experience. We have regular arts and music events and are proud of the range of extracurricular activities we offer. Our older children get an early experience of French and German
